Real SSK students paying attention to an instructor demonstrating techniques in a martial class at one of our spacious, well-lit London locations.

SATURDAY

10.30am – 12.30pm

This class is a two hour session and any children attending must be able to focus for that amount of time.

The format of the class incorporates: a thorough warm up, comprehensive stretching, self-defence techniques, grading syllabus, free sparring and pad work.

    Ryan teaches in a school where he is the Head of Humanities. He has been a martial artist for nearly twenty-five years and has taught since 2012. Ryan’s teaching style adapts the traditional approach for the street, focussing on pad work in class.
