The Exec Team were delighted to award Michelle Z her 1st Dan Black Belt Certificate following her successful grading last year.

This is a photoblog of last month’s National Grading four candidates progressing through the grades. A smashing time was had by all.
The candidates were Satish (London) 1st Dan; Lee (North Wales) 2nd Dan; Teo Senior Brown Belt (London) Dave 2nd Dan; success all round.

Looking forward to the New Year what to expect
2026 promises to be busy. In London we launch a monthly Seniors’ training scheme at the Tokei Centre. The East London classes in Bow resume on the 10th January. Friday Fight Club starts in February and bespoke Juniors classes commence on Monday 12th Janaury at 5.15.
